Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at our IT company, you will spearhead technology sales in the thriving Valley of Phoenix but not limited to. We are in search of a candidate who possesses a passion for sales and a drive to empower clients in maximizing their technology investments. In this role, your core mission will be to engage with small and medium-sized businesses, serving as their trusted partner and introducing them to the unparalleled benefits of our Managed Services offerings.

Requirements:
- Possess a high level of understanding and proficiency in BVA's service offerings and capabilities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to following our internal proposal process, providing timely quotes to potential customers.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Commit to providing a high level of client service as a fundamental aspect of this role.
- Diligently maintain client opportunities within our existing CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adopting new sales approaches.
- Effectively utilize Bva's internal marketing programs to drive sales.
- Proactively create personal initiatives to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Qualifications:
- A High School Graduate or holder of a GED is required for this position.
- Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in selling IT services and solutions.
- Highly motivated with strong sales drive, comfortable with cold-calling and building a sales pipeline from scratch.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and solution selling skills.
- Demonstrates superior organizational skills, precise attention to detail, professionalism, cooperation in dealing with internal staff, partners, and clients, and critical thinking skills for planning and execution.
